Hi Guys!by a former fifth grader

I am really disappointed.I thought that you guys would be blogging by now...its ok though cuz I understand that Mr.Geisner is busy.Well,I miss everyone a lot!

It's weird because just a couple of weeks ago I posted a post saying I'll never post again because I thought it wasn't fair for Mr.Geisner's new class but it turns out that I'm blogging again.Omg I'm laughing at myself cuz I think it's funny that I'm blogging.So,there's this weird thing,I think it's related to some of the symptoms of sixth graders because I remembered that last night I was laughing in my sleep again!I thought it was super weird and scary so I told Denae(u know another student from Promenade last year)about it and her reaction:she started laughing and telling me that its creepy that I do that.Its true though.U know it's creepy.

This is weird.I was hoping to read some of the new fifth graders post.Well I just want someone to post something.Anyways,how are you doing Mr.Geisner?I still can't believe I can still post,But this will be the last time I post because I think it would not be fair for the new fifth graders.

Sixth Grade Weirdness by Dionne

I just went to check out my new school yesterday.It was really different from what I expected.In middle school you need a student i.d card.You don't need that in elementary school.Also,they give us textbooks to leave at home,usually textbooks are not given to us until we go to school again.Last year p.e was like twice every week,but now it's everyday every week,and it's serious this year because the school give you a locker p.e and you have to buy and wear p.e uniform.This year I have Two teachers instead of one and I have to switch classes during different periods.I am not nervous or anything,I just don't now whats it's going to be like in middle school at a new school.

A Post For Next Year's Class

So,we fifth graders will be going to sixth grade at another school.It would be a little bit scary for us because we are no longer the oldest students at school,but the youngest just like what we were about five years ago.We will miss everyone,especially our first teachers throughout our experience in elementary school.I don't know what a middle school classroom looks like but lets just hope it's not chaotic.For students that will be in Mr.Geisner's classroom in August this year,I know for sure that you will have a great last year elementary school.Mr.Geisner is great.For me,learning from him was easy and everything he taught me was every clear.That was why I didn't really struggle in schoolwork this year.Whether it's me or the teacher(maybe both).My last year was very memorable since I did a lot of things for the first time ths year,like science camp.That was really fun.I never stayed away from home for 3 nights before and I never ate dinner with any of my schoolmates before.I think that the new class of 2011 will enjoy being in Mr.Geisner'sclass just like I did.But the weird thing was like it felt like yesterday that I just entered elementary school.I hope that Mr.Geisner and his new student will enjoy a new school year,and so will I at a different school and new teacher.

Hi everybody!It's been such long time since I got to see you guys.I hope that school would start soon so that I would be able to see you guys again.Even though the title says I'm enjoying my vacation I don't really mean it,I miss everybody.I just got home from Vegas yesterday.So far,I've been there twice in two weeks!I really enjoyed going there,but the trip from here to there is like four hours?My family and I stayed at the Flamingo Hotel.In Vegas,my uncle took us to the Hoover Dam and it was like a scorching 110 degrees there in Vegas.The weird thing was that it was raining in very hot weather!I thought it was pretty creepy to witness such an awkward scene.The Hoover Dam was the most unique,colossal,and just looked like a huge dam compared to what you might think it would look like if you didn't know how amazing it looked.Before:I think it's just a twig or log dam built by an ancient beaver named Hoover. After:It's so big and awesome and not made of twigs and logs by a beaver named Hoover! Do you see the difference!Speaking of the Hoover Dam I remember that joke from the third Percy Jackson book, I think I can't remember,"I need to use the dam bathroom."-funny.
